Casebook¶

Each entry takes one situation, lays out what the relevant rules say, and ends with the clarification I would publish and why.

Entries are one of two types:

Retrospective entries cover something that actually happened. They were written after the fact, so they include what Kalshi did.

Hypothetical entries cover situations that haven't come up yet but could. They focus on whether the current rules already answer the question.
